With the desire to bring a useful playground for EUC students, create conditions for them to show their talents, confidence, dynamism and improve presentation skills, rhetoric in English in front of the crowd, International English EUC has organized the "English Speech" contest taking place in the summer of 2017.

I. Audience

- Students who are studying at EUC or have been absent from school for 3 months at Movers, Flyers, KET, PET levels and have an English learning card at 247tienganh.com

- Students at Movers and Flyers levels will be assigned to Table A; Table B is for students of KET and PET levels.

II. Contest rules

The 2017 EUC English Speaking Contest consists of 3 rounds: Preliminary, Semi-Final and Final.

Estimated exam time: - Morning: for Movers, Flyers

- Afternoon: for KET, PET

Preliminary:
- Time: July 4, 2017

- All candidates take the survey on paper within 1 hour. The organizers will mark and announce the results after 1 week. 10 contestants with the highest results of each Table will get to the next round

Semi-final:
- Time: July 18, 2017

- 20 contestants of 2 Tables that have passed the Preliminary Round will be present at the Semi-Final Round with the Rhetoric section. Candidates draw the topic and have 5 minutes to prepare, 5 minutes to present. The jury placed additional questions after the contestant finished his or her Exam. Results will be announced after 1 day.

Final round:
- Time: July 25, 2017

- The 6 best contestants of each Table who pass the Semi-Final round will be present at the Final Round to compete with 2 sections:

* Part 1 - Countervailing Rhetoric: Candidates in each group divided into 3 pairs, each contestant in each pair will debate the topic given by the Jury. The 3 best contestants will be selected to participate in the High Definition Contest.

* Part 2 - High Rhetoric: Candidates in turn draw and present their topics. This final section will determine the First, Second, and Third place of the competition.
